Founded in 1998 by Nigel and Dianne Holling, The Bittersweet Chocolate Co was created to make great tasting chocolates and truffles.
Drawing on Nigel's love of food and extensive experience in the catering industry, The Bittersweet Chocolate Co. set out to make great tasting, high quality chocolates using natural flavours and ingredients. Over the years they have won a number of Great Taste awards. Nigel commented 'we like to think of ourselves as being a little quirky, but we only ever create products where the flavours complement the chocolate to enhance the taste experience'.
