Rest assured that all our products are freshly made using only the finest natural ingredients. We aim to ship all orders within two days of the order being placed. Alternatively if you require the chocolates for a particular date, let us know and we will do our utmost to ensure they arrive on the correct day.
Please note that because our chocolates are fresh, we will not ship on a Friday as they may get delayed at the Post Office over the weekend.
We recommend you eat our chocolates within three weeks of purchase although it is unlikely that you will be able to resist them this long! Our chocolates should only be refrigerated if they are in a sealed container and for best flavour they should always be eaten at room temperature.
Please note our chocolates use 100% natural ingredients and are completely handmade. Our products are made in an environment where wheat and nuts are handled and contain soya lecithin and milk products.
