Chocolate Tempering Workshop

If you want to start working with chocolate on a regular basis it is vital you understand the process of chocolate tempering. This will ensure your chocolate has a great snap, shine... and comes out of your moulds easily.

Our full day chocolate tempering workshop will explain the science behind tempering before one of our experienced chocolatiers demonstrates the various techniques you can use. You will then get plenty of opportunity to practice tempering your own batch of chocolate before using it to mould solid chocolate shapes and make moulded truffles. All the items you make will be gift wrapped for you to take home.

£175 per person (maximum of 3 people per course)

Price for the 8 hour workshop includes a 2 course lunch and all refreshments throughout the day.
