Our speciality chocolate range is grown and produced in the organic Sambirano rainforest, in Madegascar.
This white chocolate couverture bar is unusual as it has 45% cocoa solids (higher than many dark chocolates) and the cocoa butter is undeodorised, meaning it still contains some of the flavour of the cocoa bean.
Rich, creamy and much less sweet than most white chocolates.
