May Chang is a plant which grows in the mountains of China. It has a light citrus flavour not dissimilar to lemongrass or freshly cut ginger (similar to Thai curry flavours but without the heat) When blended with our delicious dark chocolate it produces a refreshing palate cleansing taste.
