These handmade fresh cream truffles are made with a flavoursome white rum crafted by White Peak Distillery. The rum has complex flavours that are complemented by the rich dark flavour notes of our dark chocolate. They are at their best when savoured slowly allowing time for the flavours to mingle on the palate.

Hot Chocolate Flakes shaved from a block of real chocolate. Blending the flakes with hot milk creates a delicious hot chocolate drink that is rich, creamy and less sweet as many people will attest from drinking our hot chocolate at fairs and markets.
