We make our own soft milk caramel to which we add a small amount of sea salt. The caramel is then sealed in a crisp milk chocolate shell and hand rolled in caster sugar.

Hot Chocolate Flakes shaved from a block of real chocolate. Blending the flakes with hot milk creates a delicious hot chocolate drink that is rich, creamy and less sweet as many people will attest from drinking our hot chocolate at fairs and markets.
